What kind of events do you do?

Weddings, corporate events, galas, nonprofit fundraisers, holiday parties, brand activations, school events (for adults), nightclub events, and pretty much any celebration that needs great sound, lighting, and DJ entertainment.

All sizes, from small gatherings to large-scale productions

What services do you offer?

DJ entertainment, sound systems, lighting design, livestreaming, video projection & TVs, video recording, silent disco, MC services, and full AV production.

Any of these can be booked on its own, or we can bundle them together for a full production package.

Wait, you’re not just a DJ?

Nope! Airsun is a full event production company. AV and lighting are core services that stand on their own. A lot of our clients hire us for production only, no DJ involved.

Can I hire you for AV or lighting without DJ services?

Absolutely.

A lot of our corporate and production clients hire us specifically for AV, lighting, or livestreaming. No DJ involved.

These are standalone services, not just extras.

Do you have your own equipment?

Yes. We own our sound systems, lighting, wireless microphones, projectors, screens, TVs, confidence monitors, and silent disco headphones.

We’re not renting from a warehouse and hoping it works. This is our gear and we know it front to back.

What don’t you do?

We don’t currently offer photo booths, live band booking, LED walls, stages, or dance floors.

We also don’t do kids’ parties.

Booking & Logistics

What’s your service area?

The Bay Area is home base. Generally anywhere from Napa and Sonoma down to Carmel and out to Tahoe.

We’re also open to traveling further for the right event. Pretty much anywhere in the world.

How far in advance should I reach out?

3–12 months is ideal, especially for weddings and large events.

But don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is sooner. We’ll do our best.

How does booking work?

You reach out through our contact form.
We set up a call to talk about your event.
If it’s a fit, we send you a custom proposal.
A signed contract and deposit secures your date.

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

We’re LGBTQ+ owned.

Airsun Productions is a queer, woman-owned company. We offer non-gendered language options for MC and ceremony hosting, and we build events where everyone can just show up and be themselves.

You don’t have to wonder if we’ll get it.

Will you play explicit music?

Yep. We always play the versions you want.

Explicit? Done.

Clean? Also done.

Your party, your call.

Are you going to make everyone do the Cupid Shuffle?

Only if your crowd is genuinely begging for it.

We don’t force line dances, group activities, or any of the stuff that makes people hide in the bathroom.

We read the room and let the energy do its thing.

What makes you different from other DJ or production companies?

We do real nightclub DJ work and full AV and lighting production under one roof. Most companies don’t do both, and definitely not at this level.

We’re queer-owned, and we built this company as a direct alternative to the bro energy that runs most of this industry.

We care about doing excellent work, being honest and easy to communicate with, and making events that feel alive, not formulaic.
